**I am on the lookout for a Registered Manager to join a newly established domiciliary care service in Sandwell, Birmingham.This company have invested heavily in fantastic new systems and have a large budget to spend on recruitment and growth.
You will be able to focus fully on the care side of the business, with excellent levels of support from two consultants and a director whohas a highly successful background.**The Company:
- Newly established domiciliary care provider operating in the Sandwell area of Birmingham.
- Deliver domiciliary care predominantly to the elderly, work mostly with both local authority and private clients
- Committed to delivering the highest quality homecare service in the area
- Passionate Director who will provide high level of support
- Two very experienced consultants who will provide expertise and support to the manager
The role:
- All policies and procedures in place, allow full focus on the care side
- Manage and lead dedicated team of carers
- Liaise with various stakeholders including CQC
- Now urgency to grow straight away, ensure the foundations are put in place correctly
- Ensure the service is compliant with CQC and quality of care remains high
- Build and develop a strong team
- Liaise with both local authority and private clients
Required competencies:
- Worked within care will accept deputy or people stepping up
- Passionate about providing fantastic levels of care
- Excellent communication abilities
- Level 5 or working towards
- Excellent personal skills
- Passionate about delivering highquality care
