Apprenticeships Development Coach – Digital Marketing Level 3 and Marketing Level 4.
Remote based with Travel when required – Salary Negotiable up to approx £40k.

This opportunity is a vacancy for an Assessor / Development Coach (Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor) who will be helping to develop and shape digital marketers for the future through an innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements.

Delivering the Digital Marketing Level 3 and Marketing Level 4 Executive apprenticeship standards for a portfolio of clients.

Applicants for this role can potentially be based anywhere in the UK as most of the delivery will be Remote ..

however you will also need to be prepared to travel when any face-to-face delivery/sessions are required. Delivering classroom-based delivery of Digital Marketing and Marketing, to develop workplace knowledge and skills as part of learner apprenticeships
Ensure effective teaching of English and Maths and timely achievement of functional skills within the first six months of a learner being on programme
Support the generation of new starts through existing employer networks, utilising the strong reputation built. Ensure quality enrolments to maintain a caseload
Ensure learners complete surveys at the start, middle and end point of their apprenticeship
Excellent IT skills with extensive work experience in the IT and Digital Marketing arena
Level 5 qualification in IT and or Marketing
Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT
Relevant teaching qualification (Minimum level 3 award in Education and Training / PTLLS)

Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) .
