We wish to appoint an experienced property management surveyor to join our busy niche general practice firm.

The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and will be given every freedom to develop their role.

Key elements of the role will include asset management , planned and reactive maintenance , Landlord and Tenant negotiations, dilapidations , arrears management and client liaison.

This is a career position with scope for advancement

You should ideally be RICS qualified with a minimum of 5 yrs PQE , preferably more

Salary is dependent on experience but is likely to be in the range £45-60,000
