Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with new customers' Loan enquiries.
  • Demonstrate effective questioning techniques to help customers achieve their financial goals, including the collection of information about the customer's financial situation.
  • Using your friendly and confident phone manner to engage with the customer and to deal with any objections.
  • Chasing up customers who have been proposed for finance with the specific lender.
  • Deliver a highclass service from start to finish, always ensuring every part of the process is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Experience/Skills:

  • Selling on the phone directly to customers, Full Sales Cycle Experience, preferably in B2C
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a desire to succeed.
  • Strong literacy & numeracy skills
  • Have proven sales experience and a trackrecord of achieving ambitious targets
  • An upbeat, friendly and positive phone manner
  • Be comfortable working in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative

£24000 ote £30,000 uncapped commission

4 days per week Monday to Friday and then one two saturdays
