Investigo are partnering with leading facilities services company. Our client is seeking a successful Financial Business Partner to join their team.

Salary - £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Location - Stoke

Job description

Carrying out financial forecasting and budget planning. Managing the billing process and cash collection.
Maintaining financial control by ensuring processes are adhered to and challenged when necessary.
Ensuring commercial opportunities and risks are tracked accurately.
Being the first point of contact for Finance and Commercial team and providing support through carrying out month end activities.
Proactively establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with client representatives at all levels.
Performing necessary adhoc duties given by the Senior Finance Business Partner.
Responsible for maintaining the balance sheet, ensuring it falls in line with accounting policies.
Providing support to the contract team, ensuring that there is a clear understanding in order to protect both parties from internal and external risks.

Personal skills and attributes

Commercial / Financial experience in a commercial services contract environment.
Experience within a client facing role.
Are able to evidence of strong understanding of the importance of process and control within Commercial.
A proactive, confident individual, who possesses the ability to use their initiative.
A high level of attention to detail is essential.
Possess strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
Can appropriately prioritise and manage their workload.
Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Financial Systems.
