- Demonstratable experience in modular construction
- Proficiency in Revit software and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to produce detailed models, drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with BIM level 2 standards
- Utilise Revit and AutoCAD to create building designs and detailed models
- Generate coordinated models, data and drawings
- Prepare specifications, scopes of work and technical assessments
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams
- Adhere to project deadlines whilse maintaining quality standards
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and regulatory changes
- Relevant qualification in Architecture, Environmental Design or Engineering
- Membership or progression towards MCIAT is desirable
- Previous experience in the UK construction sector is essential
