Machine Technician - Bourne - Attractive package

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit two Machine Operatives for our leading client based in Bourne, Lincs.


Machine Technician - Full Time

5 days in 7 working pattern
Role reports into the Production Manager

  • To operate a fully automated packing line
  • Fulfilling customer daily orders, ensuring these are packed and picked with 100% accuracy at all times
  • Setting up, operating the machine and correcting any faults throughout the day with the machine
  • Assist the team leader with managing a small team of people
  • To achieve production KPI's, targeting improved operational and financial performance within the packing area
  • Engage with the maintenance team regarding machine breakdowns and other issues which may arise
  • To carry out all tasks safely, with minimum risk, in accordance with the company Health and Safety regulations
  • To carry out duties ensuring quality of products

Person Specification:


  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to follow instruction
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Be reliable, punctual and have a flexible approach to working hours
  • To be considered you must be numerate with a good standard of written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail is vital in this role.
