Description

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our busy venue finding agency and manage a small but dynamic venue sourcing team.

In this role you will be venue sourcing, negotiating, reviewing contracts, mentoring your team and monitoring service delivery.

You will be expected to have a wide and in-depth knowledge of event venues across the whole of the UK.The role is fully home-based and you will require a high speed internet connection and a quiet office/workspace.

You will lead your team to deliver a high-quality service, ensure that they adhere to processes.

As a Team Manager you will undertake:

Day to day line managementAllocation of workloadsConsistently apply and demonstrate our expertise to clientsManage external vendors and suppliers - for sourcing, negotiating, contracting and service deliveryVenue findingWhat you will be good at:Communication - listening, written and verbal and able to understand client's objectivesInstil confidence in clients that we are experts in our fieldEnsure that your team deliver on obtaining the right venue for the client requirements and secure the best deal without compromising on qualityMentoring and developing team members and have experience of line managementHave a wealth of hotel, conference centre and event venues in the UKProficient in Microsoft applicationsAbility to react, think on your feet, offer solutions and work on multiple projects and timelines at once.
