The Constellation Trust CEO & Board of Directors are seeking to appoint to the following post:

Academic Engagement and Connect Manager

Salary: Grade 7, Point 20 (£30,296) - Point 24 (£33,024) pro rata

Contract: Term time only, 37 hours per week plus 5 additional days (39 weeks)

Start date: ASAP

The role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Engagement and Connect Manager to provide targeted help and support as a part of a co-ordinated response by the Academy and other agencies for identified students.

The Academic Engagement and Connect Manager is to work with key academic, SEND and pastoral staff to oversee and ensure the efficient management of effective intervention and support for the students identified. The intention is that students return to accessing a full mainstream timetable when a suitable time is agreed.
