You willanswer queries, guide them through the online ordering process, and basedupon the doctor's recommendations, contact patients to amend theirorder.

Job Description:

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:Responding to inbound calls for patient services that all data iscaptured correctly and accurately entered into our databaseFollowing-up with patients with regards to their online order, chasingup missing information, updating patients on their orders and giving themfeedback from the DoctorResolving Patient issues.

Managing other incoming enquiries via telephone, voicemail, web andlive chatEnsuring that patients' records are properly maintained and kept upto date in accordance with data protection requirementsWho is this suitable for?We are looking for someone who is customer-focused with a positive andpro-active approach.

Although this position is remote you will be aconfident and friendly individual who work well within a dynamic team, andable to manage a busy workload.

Since you are working at weekends you needto be self-sufficient.

Experience of sales including strong objection handling skills isessential as is experience of working in a call centre (both inbound andoutbound)You must be good with numbers and have the ability to work acrossmultiple systems, using spreadsheets and other software systems toefficiently communicate with patients, report sales and other data.

You will also have excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

The successful candidates will receive extensive training and supportproviding them with the in-depth knowledge necessary to complete all tasksto our gold standard.

Successful candidates will be provided with all the equipment they needto carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently.
