Contact: Jordan WhiteWorking with a growing, fast-paced MGA who are looking to hire an experienced underwriting governance professional to be their Head of Underwriting Management.

This would suit a senior analyst looking to take a step up into a managerial role responsible for a small team.

This role will work closely with the CUO and senior leaders, driving and enhancing the first line of defence underwriting controls.

Previous experience of working with binding authority agreements would be highly beneficial, and experience working with offshore teams desirable.
