    Description

    A Global bank based in London, currently seek a Mandarin speaking Credit Portfolio Analyst to manage climate change risk, this will include the development of climate change risk, stress-testing and reporting etcCandidates with experience in ESG from a consulting background or ratings agencies are preferredMain Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of internal and external reports.

    Credit portfolio monitoring and credit portfolio reports.
    Assist the Head/Deputy Head of Credit Risk with departmental projects and tasks.

    Develop the climate risk assessment scorecards in accordance with regulatory and HO's requirementsConduct the climate change risk stress-testing and reportingProduce the credit portfolio reports to Head Office, Local Regulators and Senior Management, Credit Committee, Risk Committee, Audit Committee, etc.

    Conduct post lending management work including but not limited to the monitoring on the performance of the credit portfolio, periodic credit risk etc;Produce the regular reports on climate change risk.

    Make the research on the Climate Change Risk.
    Proactively monitor and manage climate risks at customer and portfolio level.
    IFRS9 provision calculating.
    Other functions and tasks as maybe required to assist the Head/Deputy Head of Credit Risk.


    Skills Required:
    Fluent Mandarin is essentialPossesses at least 3-7 years work experience in the credit portfolio management areaStrong mathematical modelling/data processing skillsAn ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills are essentialProficient and skilled with Bloomberg, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint etcExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork experience in ESG/Climate Change risk from a consulting background or ratings agencies are preferred
