Property Management | London | Hybrid | contract | £500/day | Outside IR35


Our client, a large Property Management Company are looking for an experienced PMO to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

The role will focus on setting up a PMO function from scratch.


Experience and Knowledge Required:


  • Demonstrable experience of setting up/establishing a PMO function.
  • Experience using a Greenfield approach to the set up of the PMO function.
  • Strong Portfolio/Programme management experience
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
  • Customer Service Attitude focused on the end result to delver customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently as well as in a team
  • Hands on, proactive approach to problem solving and prototyping
  • Experience working across a geographically dispersed organisation across different time zones (Desirable)
