End Point Assessor - Early Years & Teaching Assistant

Bristol / Gloucester / Hereford £25,500 to £26,500 p.a. + benefits d.o.e

_Rewarding role as End Point Assessor carrying out apprenticeship assessments for Early Years care and Teaching Assistants_

The Role
As End Point Assessor ( Early Years & Teaching Assistant ) you will work with Apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments

Your responsibilities will include:
- making decisions on apprenticeship standards / overall grades
- administration tasks / responding to queries
- keeping sector knowledge up to date

This role is varied and flexible and will include both working from home and visits out in the field._

The Person
As End Point Assessor you will have a relevant qualification and current, hands on, professional experience in Early Years or in the classroom

You will also have:
- knowledge of IQA assessment processes / observations
- experience of professional discussions / reviewing learners' showcase of evidence
- good IT ( MS Office ), time management & communication skills
- ability to work autonomously, in line with an operating framework
- awareness / understanding learner difficulties / disabilities & social needs

_This role is varied and flexible and will include both working from home and visits out in the field so access to a vehicle is a must._
