Calling all SHEQ Managers in Chemical or Food ManufacturingAre you passionate about ensuring a safe and thriving work environment?Do you excel in resource management, process development, and compliance within manufacturing settings?Look no further Our client in Glossop is seeking a dynamic SHEQ Manager to join their team.

This role would suit an experienced NEBOSH diploma holder with significant health and safety experience in a manufacturing setting, who is adept at resource management, process development, compliance, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe working environment, reducing the risk of incidents & accidents.
Ensuring compliance with SHE and quality standards including ISO standards, HACCP, and COMAH.Report on near misses, and H&S KPIs.
Develop and lead on the implementation of HSEQ improvement plans.
Support, mentor and train 1 x SHE Coordinator.


Requirements:
NEBOSH certified.

SHEQ experience within Manufacturing (Chemical or Food preferred but not essential).Knowledge of HACCP.Leadership skills in driving and implementing best practices & culture changes.

Salary:
£45k - £50k (dependent on experience)
