    Key Responsibilities of the Head of Design:

    A successful Head of Design should have:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a creative role, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and its impact on brand perception.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital and social media platforms for content distribution.
