The Company:

Your new company, is a market leading and global Lloyd's Broker, who now have an exciting opportunity for you to join their organisation as an Account Handler within their extremely successful Real Estate Division.

This exciting position is a client and market facing role, offering exceptional support and career progression.

The Role

• Responsible for developing solid internal and external relationships
• Obtaining both new and renewal business quotations including the research, preparation and presentation of renewal reports
• Responsible for the day to day servicing of Clients' Insurance programmes coupled with managing their expectations
• Dealing with queries including but not limited to changes in risk and cover
• Creating and executing market presentations
• Providing feedback for Insurer review meetings cultivating in the growth of Client relationships
• Proactively analysing Client accounts enabling the delivery of a positive service plan and annual timetable of visits tailored to meet their requirements

Requirements

• ·3 + years of experience within Real Estate or Property Insurance
• ·Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships and applying them in both formal and informal situations
• ·Analytical mindset
• ·First class organisational skills
• ·Progressive attitude
• ·European language skills (non essential)
