Recent and proven success at teaching across all Key Stages.

• Evidence of developing leadership skills at a school within a multicultural community.
• Evidence of relevant and recent continuing professional development which has had impact on self-development and/or the development of others.
• An understanding of, and commitment to, promoting the safeguarding of all pupils and an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working with, and protecting, children and young people.
• The ability to work creatively and innovatively in a school leadership role.
• The ability to identify and manage change that leads to all-round improvement in the school.

The ability to hold people to account and a clear understanding of the relationship between performance management
