Job Title:
Business Development Manager (fintech/SaaS)

Location:
London / hybrid

Salary:
up to £60k basic + double OTE

A leading organisation are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who specialises in Payroll SaaS to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused on meeting prospect needs and the company's growth ambition
Work with the Business Intelligence and marketing team to identify new markets
Arrange business meetings and network with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Coach and share knowledge to entrylevel staff to speed their progression into valuable business development professional
Build longterm relationships with new customers, care about the handover process to Customer Success to ensure we deliver against promises and look for referral opportunities
Daytoday management of four Business Development Executives and their pipelines.
