    Skill Sets:

    ServiceNow

    Project description- ServiceNow HRSD implementation for existing ServiceNow customer

    Required skills:


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development.


    • Recent experience with at least 1 HRSD implementation, and ideally ITAM too.


    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including HRSD applications and modules.


    • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.


    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Nice to have skills:


    • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) in ServiceNow.


    • Prior experience working in the UK public sector.


    • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources.
