    Head of HR, Global Sports CompanyHybrid: 3 days in the office, Central LondonEton Bridge Partners is working with a leading global sports organisation to appoint their first Head of HR for the growing UK office.

    An exciting opportunity for someone to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy in line with the global strategic plan.

    This is a standalone role for the UK office of c. 30 employees, reporting into the Global HR Lead.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop robust UK centric policies and procedures to include employment contracts and employee handbook.

    Assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day business operations and office infrastructure, supporting management through organisational change and growth.

    Develop a clear hiring strategy and plan to attract, onboard and retain the best talent. Design and deliver a brilliant EVP with a clearly defined employee experience plan.
    Help create, implement and communicate the UK specific employee benefits.
    Manage and drive performance across all levels of the organisation.


    Candidate profile:
    Experienced HR generalist with knowledge across the entire HR remit.
    A strategic thinker, but equally hands-on and execution-focused. Experience implementing a scalable and sustainable people strategy and creating documentation, policies and procedures from scratch. Excellent knowledge of UK labour law and HR practices. Ideally experience working in a global organisation with a UK centric remit. Ideally some experience in a standalone HR role.
