Our client, a leading innovator in laser applications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join their team in Dunfermline.

As a key player in their quality management system, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the continual development and deployment of their quality assurance processes.

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality assurance system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of operations.

This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute quality objectives and strategies for the business.
Lead internal audits and report progress to management.
Develop and optimise quality processes, providing training as needed.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure product compliance.
Manage change control process and customer contractual quality requirements.
Generate reports on quality performance and key risks for stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics/Lasers, or equivalent experience.
Experience in quality assurance and control management.
