We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join a well-established mental health charity, supporting one of their services in the vicinity of Blackpool.
This position is a permanent role, contracted for 30 hours weekly with the possibility to take on additional hours as needed.

As a Recovery Worker, your primary duty will be to support adults facing mental health issues, offering one-on-one assistance to aid them in their recovery journey.
This includes implementing tailored support plans for individuals, which may involve assisting with activities, facilitating appointments, educational support, and overall guidance to enhance their independent living capabilities.
Qualifications:
Essential qualities include compassion, dedication, flexibility, adaptability, exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should possess the ability to motivate and inspire individuals, be open to working on a rotational basis that includes weekends and one overnight shift per week.
Previous experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, along with proficient IT skills, is preferred. Your intrinsic drive to assist others and contribute effectively to a cohesive team is crucial.
