    We are looking for a Research Scientist to join the Nanopore Research Team.

    This exciting and challenging role will be responsible for accelerating our efforts to improve the performance of our baseline nanopores and will also contribute to the development of novel biological nanopores for an increasing range of applications.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, expression and purification, electrophysiological characterisation and the subsequent analysis of a range of nanopores.

    The candidate will be in possession of a BSc in biochemistry, physics, biology, chemistry or equivalent. Furthermore, experience of using the linux operating system, python based data analysis and R is highly desirable.
