Description

The UK and Ireland's market-leading manufacturer and distributor of Gas Engines, Diesel Generators and Battery Energy Storage systems is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.

You'll be an integral part of a company that specialise in the deployment of on-site power generation and energy storage to assist high energy users within the industrial, commercial and public sectors to reduce their operational costs and maintain power resilience.

You will be responsible for all aspects related to mechanical engineering of the projects business and accountable through the Design Manager for the successful completion of individual projects within budget.

The responsibility includes producing mechanical engineering design packs to enable successful installation, commissioning and operation of Combined Heat and Power, Tri Generation and Battery Energy Storage System plants.

Provide input and support throughoutthe life cycle of a project from Sales to Service.


Essential Requirements:


  • HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with HSE Legislation and ISO Quality standards
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using AutoCAD 3D or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • High attention to detail
