Our client is looking for an experiencedHR Analyst to assist over a six month contract
As the HR Analyst you'll be supporting with a broad scope of analytical requirements whilst the company are transitioning into a new HRIS.
Your role will be to provide insight which helps inform business decisions, working closely with all COEs across the HRteam, including Talent & Performance, Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR generalist and ad-hoc requests from the Chief People Officer and HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data across reporting and dashboards to help drive key HR activity, including holidays, sickness absence, compliance, gender pay gap and attrition.
- Developing basic adhoc reports or dashboards when requested, creating, sharing and when necessary, providing insights and analysis back to the business.
- Review existing dashboards and reporting to identify improvements across the analytics capabilities.
- Working with all areas across HR to provide support, insight and analysis where needed.
- Support initiatives led by the centre of excellence (CoE), being a key member within the project working groups and produce accurate trackers/data which drives decisions.
You will need to have advanced Excel/Google Sheets / SQL knowledge (Pivot tables, Match/Index, etc.) and be capable of converting complex data into easily-understandable formats.
As this is a fast paced Media environment you will need to be the kind of person who is highly organised and who can work to tight schedules and deadlines.
