Our client is looking for an experienced
HR Analyst to assist over a six month contract

As the HR Analyst you'll be supporting with a broad scope of analytical requirements whilst the company are transitioning into a new HRIS.

Your role will be to provide insight which helps inform business decisions, working closely with all COEs across the HRteam, including Talent & Performance, Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR generalist and ad-hoc requests from the Chief People Officer and HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data across reporting and dashboards to help drive key HR activity, including holidays, sickness absence, compliance, gender pay gap and attrition.
Developing basic adhoc reports or dashboards when requested, creating, sharing and when necessary, providing insights and analysis back to the business.
Review existing dashboards and reporting to identify improvements across the analytics capabilities.
Working with all areas across HR to provide support, insight and analysis where needed.
Support initiatives led by the centre of excellence (CoE), being a key member within the project working groups and produce accurate trackers/data which drives decisions.

This role as HR Analyst requires previous experience working with HR data.

You will need to have advanced Excel/Google Sheets / SQL knowledge (Pivot tables, Match/Index, etc.) and be capable of converting complex data into easily-understandable formats.

As this is a fast paced Media environment you will need to be the kind of person who is highly organised and who can work to tight schedules and deadlines.
