Ensure excellent customer service resolving queries at the first point of contact. Ensure you are the friendly face, welcoming voice and reliable person at every interaction. You will be a team player who is always around when needed and willing to support others during challenging times.

A proactive problem solver who can identify issues quickly, calmly and is highly organised.
