The Company
As one of the largest independent industrial door companies in the UK, BID Group have been providing service, repair and installation solutions for all types of industrial doors, loading bay equipment, high speed doors, automatic doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles across the country for nearly 40 years.
Duties will include:
- Pricing of engineer job sheets
- Entering data on inhouse systems
- Producing quotations
- Obtaining quotations for parts from suppliers
- Part delivery updates from suppliers
- Order processing
- Generating reports
- Maintaining filing systems
- Handling and responding to customer enquiries
- Liaising with other departments as appropriate
- Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the department and company.
