Description
Debt Analyst role with an established asset manager. This position will have responsibility for a portfolio debt investments across a number of sectors and products.Responsibilities
Review and analyse financial covenants, cash flow projections, and business plans.
Monitor borrowers' financial health, including cash positions, working capital, and key performance indicators.
Ensure timely covenant tracking and accurate recording in relevant systems.
Review legal documentation and recommend changes or amendments.
Support negotiations on waiver requests, early repayments, and payment schedule restructurings.
Prepare watch-list reports and credit risk assessments.
Contribute to regular and ad hoc reporting requests from management, clients, and auditors.
Provide guidance and support to team members, liaising effectively with different client departments.
Maintain credit files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience
Experience within credit, credit risk, or portfolio management.
Strong understanding of credit and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
