We have an exciting role for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a Specialist school in Bury St Edmunds.
You will be part of an experienced and committed team dedicated to enabling the pupils to access education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 with pupils to ensure they complete tasks and help the teacher deliver lessons to the whole class.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a caring person.

As well as classroom-based learning the school has the facilities to provide education outside of the classroom with modern purpose-built facilities that enable pupils to strive for independence.

Work in small class sizes with experienced TAs and Teachers.
Supporting pupils inside and outside of the classroom.
Enabling pupils to learn in an environment where they feel safe and supported.
Helping to contribute to a positive school ethos that ensures pupils strive for independence.
Become part of the team and support the teacher.
Resilient and caring person.
Has an interest in SEN education and working with pupils.
