    Registered Care Home Manager
    Leeds
    £65,000 OTE

    The Healthcare Hub is looking for a motivated and energetic Home Manager to join a great healthcare provider to lead their home in Leeds. The Home Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home and will also be responsible for the supervision of staff members.

    Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

    • Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
    • Managing budgets.
    • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    • Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
    • Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.

    Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

    • NMC pin is required for this role.
    • Registered with CQC.
    • 1+ Years' experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
    • Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
    • Managing budgets.
    • Clinical skills.
    • Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
    • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
