AJ Chambersis excited to be working with a prestigious and renowned Tier 1 London firm, seeking to add a commercial litigation solicitor
(1-3 Years PQE) to the team's well-established litigation group.

You will be providing an exceptional level of drafting and negotiating skills for a firm with a long-standing reputation and clients across the globe in sectors covering media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment,entertainment and retail.

The Role

Court, arbitration and trial experience will be advantageous in this role, as you will be taking ownership of a caseload under the supervision of partners and senior associates in the group.
Advisory work in providing succinct and considered advice in a pragmatic and commercial manner.
Working directly with partners and other lawyers in the group to further your skills and knowledge in litigation.
An interest in tech disputes would be beneficial for this role.
Strong academics and technically apt.
Comfortable taking responsibility for tasks when appropriate but be able to follow direction competently and efficiently
Able to think and act independently and proactively when required but know when to ask for help and take instructions
Adapt to a wide variety of tasks, depending on the nature of the matter or size of the team, and be willing to get involved with all aspects of a matter (from early preaction stage up to trial) whether taking instruction from senior lawyers or managingtrainees, and support staff
Work independently under pressure and progress matters without constant supervision

- "Pitch in" when working on larger matters and cases

Be confident and sociable when dealing directly with clients, and provide a high level of client service tailored to the particular client's priorities
Take an active role and interest in marketing and business development within the firm and across all the firm's industries.
