If so, The Supply Room has the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking full-time SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team.

We work with a variety of SEND schools in the areas of Bournemouth and Poole.


As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, mental health difficulties, communication and sensory needs, and potential mobility needs.

Your daily responsibilities will involve providing 1-1 support to students, aiding in their academic progress, social development, and overall well-being.

No classroom experience is required - all we ask for is resilience, determination, a sense of humour, and honesty. We can provide online training courses and support to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.


Before embarking on your journey as a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will undergo a straight-forward background check, to ensure the safety of staff and students.

Once completed, you will have the opportunity to attend trial days within the schools you are most interested in.


With an
immediate start date (within 1 week) and
full-time hours from Monday to Friday (08:30 - 15:30), this position offers stability and consistency in your work schedule.
