    Job Description

  • Overall management of the company's accounts payable business, including accounts payable daily payment review, arrangement, accounts payable ageing analysis.
  • Communicating with various business departments on accounts payable matters, mastering the payment needs of various departments, and providing support for the company's cash forecasts and arrangements.
  • According to the company's financial situation, and the departments to carry out good communication, the accounts payable payment co-ordination arrangements.
  • Responsible for the accounts management and voucher processing of SAP accounts payable module, invoice collection and other needed.
  • Working closely with the business department to promote the management of accounts payable and laying a good foundation for the preparation of information for the company's audit.
  • Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • SAP FA module experience
  • A certain knowledge of accounting regulations and related subjects
  • Methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail.
