  • Full time and permanent role, paying up to £38,000

About Our Client:


Our client are a Technology Consultancy who are passionate about creating solutions to fix complex technology problems for some of the worlds leading organisations.

As a People Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a comprehensive advisory service to all people managers
  • Reviewing and escalating any ER issues as required to the relevant people partner
  • Managing the people inbox ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Note taking in formal meetings including grievances and disciplinaries
  • Supporting with ER Case Management

The Successful Applicant:


The successful People Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable HR experience at Advisory / Generalist level
  • CIPD qualification or working towards
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law with the ability to dissect this into clear and usable information / actions for managers and employees
  • Dynamic and pragmatic approach to work with the ability to use initiative and the confidence to suggest new ideas
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work load
  • A confident and credible manner
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
