Full time and permanent role, paying up to £38,000

About Our Client:

Our client are a Technology Consultancy who are passionate about creating solutions to fix complex technology problems for some of the worlds leading organisations.

As a People Advisor you will be responsible for:

Providing a comprehensive advisory service to all people managers
Reviewing and escalating any ER issues as required to the relevant people partner
Managing the people inbox ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Note taking in formal meetings including grievances and disciplinaries
Supporting with ER Case Management

The Successful Applicant:

The successful People Advisor will have:

Demonstrable HR experience at Advisory / Generalist level
CIPD qualification or working towards
Up to date knowledge of employment law with the ability to dissect this into clear and usable information / actions for managers and employees
Dynamic and pragmatic approach to work with the ability to use initiative and the confidence to suggest new ideas
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work load
A confident and credible manner
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
