- Perform TIG welding tasks on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications.
- Welding a variety of both Aluminium, Mild and Stainless Steel from thin gauges up to 12mm thick.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding projects.
- Conduct inspections of welded components to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Engage in fabrication duties such as cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components to fulfil project requirements.
- Maintain welding and fabrication equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly for maintenance or repair.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
