    As the Adoption & Enablement Project Manager within IOM Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting many individuals within global & market teams. You will be central in translating our purpose, vision, and business objectives on innovative technology initiatives.

    Success in this role will require excellent critical thinking and the ability to influence and deliver. You will have a curious mindset with the ability to engage, mobilise and excite our people and partners around business change.

    You will work across various departments and be required to act as the 'go-to' for Change alignment, planning and support and working closely with the leadership team and subject matter experts.

    What will my accountabilities be?

    Change Alignment

    • Responsible for the design, planning, definition and execution of people, process and tools
    • Collaborating with team leaders and subject matter experts across the team to understand strategic goals, current operational processes, user groups and target state.
    • Advising Future Readiness teams on how to improve the effectiveness of their initiatives by considering the people, process and toolset changes and identifying the impact of these changes
    • Preparing change strategies to focus on smooth transitions, success and adoption
    • Working closely with Leadership Teams to support the implementation of improvement across the Future Readiness Team
    • Fostering a network across Global and Lead Market teams to build and co-ordinate multi-functional change programmes.
    • Support user adoption and embedding desired changes.
    • Providing subject matter expertise through a 'business change' lens to agreed and prioritised initiatives
    • Drive people focused activities to support employee engagement.
    • Drive alignment and focus on improving, optimizing, and streamlining processes.
    • Define & realise value by supporting our people through the change journey
    • Drive best practice and standardisation.
    • Capture feedback from Market Technology teams on Global Technology initiatives to apply stakeholder feedback and adaptions.
    • Support measurement of adoption success and corrective actions plans as required on change initiatives.

    Communication Strategy

    • Work alongside the Strategy & Change team to create & distribute programme & project communications.
    • Create communication and training plans to support smooth transition of change management goals on key Segment initiatives
    • Plan and develop messages and execute create delivery across various stakeholders and users to drive awareness and adoption
    • Support strategic messages and leadership presentations by ensuring relevancy, consistency, and alignment to best practice
    • Coaching teams on communication strategies, templates, and tools
    • Support business engagement through a variety of internal communication channels

    What team will I be part of?

    You will join the Strategy & Change team within Lead International Operated Markets (IOM) segment and Future Readiness department, within Global Technology. Future Readiness Team (FRT) is organised to support Large Markets and comprises of: Australia, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom.

    Future Readiness department consists of the following teams: Strategy & Change; Finance & Governance; Technology Performance; and Go-To-Market Readiness.

    Given the central nature of the role, your 'customers' are wide and varied. With strong engagement and influencing being strengths, you will also have the emotional intelligence and flexibility in thinking and acting to engage with relevancy and authenticity at every level:

    • Future Readiness Leadership - align change plans with functional leaders and enable them to plan, prioritise and deliver.
    • Project leads / Subject Matter Experts – advocate and demonstrate innovative and Agile ways of executing change.
    • Functional teams – ensure our strategic storytelling is simple, clear and consistent and aligned to global goals.
    • Partnering with global technology teams
    • Large Markets – Collaborating with Market Leads, and teams to support, collaborate and understand enablers for successful adoption.
    Qualifications
    • A proven track record of managing technology change effectively across cross-functional teams, global and segment structures and matrix organisations.
    • An understanding of Change Management principles, techniques and tools - Industry recognised qualifications is a plus (i.e. Prosci ADKAR)
    • Experience working in an Agile team - industry recognized qualifications is a plus (i.e. )
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Jira, Confluence, Miro, PPM tools
    • Development of excellent training resources and experience with facilitating large communications/training sessions
    • Work with energy, empathy and passion and can inspire the same in others
    • Able to quickly forge genuine and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
    • Highly collaborative workstyle with the ability to engage and mobilise teams around common goals
    • The ability to spot problems and solve them creatively
