    ~ Buildingon a history of vigorous campaigning against mental health stigma, and working in partnership with See MeScotland and NHS Lanarkshire, the Stigma Free Lanarkshire programme is leading in the planning, delivery,monitoring and evaluation of an ambitious programme of change at local level here.

    As Stigma Free Lanarkshire Senior Development Officeryou will develop, manage, and maintain key relationships with NHS Lanarkshire, See Me colleagues, and other keystakeholders, in the promotion and delivery of the project across four areas: health and social care,communities, the workplace, and education and young people.

    In addition, embedding a rights-based approach, you will assist in achieving the project's aims to create inclusivesystems, culture, and practice as well as encouraging opportunities for contact between those who experiencestigma and those who perpetrate it.

    This project is funded by NHS Lanarkshire. Interviews will take place on 24th May 2024 in the Dalziel Building 7 Scott Street Motherwell ML1 1PN.

    RAMH has been delivering high quality support across the West of Scotland for nearly 35 years.

    The function of this post is to provide leadership to our organisations core support functions, and to ensurecompliance with external regulatory and contractual bodies.

    If successful, you will work closely with the CEO and provide support and guidance to local managers to ensure thattheir service, and by association, the organisation, conforms to our values, vision and mission statement.

    Youwill take a lead role, supported by Senior Management Team colleagues, to embed and exemplify a culture andethos of leadership associated with RAMH, across your areas of work.

    You are required to be flexible in responseto the development of this role, and to the demands and expectations of the environment RAMH operates in.

    You will have experience of Social Care at a senior leadership level.

    preferably in an area relevant to this post (Business, Finance, HR, Quality/Risk etc.) Our Management Accountant will work closely with the Head of Finance, Senior Management Team and Service Managers,preparing quarterly management accounts as well as support month/quarter end processes, forecasting andpreparation of the annual budget.
