Finance Officer required for our public sector client

£15.06 per hour PAYE

Umbrella options available

36 hours per week

ASAP Start

Office based - CROYDON - will be required in the office Monday - Friday.
3 months - possible extension

Start date ASAP

Role Purpose and Role Dimensions:
To check and verify invoices to purchase orders. Identify issues, initiate and lead resolution of discrepancies by contacting relevant stakeholders, and tracking that items are resolved.

Develop a good working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Provide expenditure analysis, to enable Community Equipment Services to manage it's limited resources well.

Raise purchase orders, track and report facility costs and operational goods and services supplied, ensuring compliance with policies, and expenditure is within budget

Securely manage petty cash.

Experience in working in a Finance Operations setting (accounts payable), Numeracy & Accuracy skills, good communication skills
