Exciting opportunityAre you detail-oriented with exceptional data entry skills? We are seeking a diligent Data Inputter to join our team.
As a Data Inputter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update employee information, including personal details, HR files, and other HRrelated information into the HR system (People HR).
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through careful validation and crossreferencing.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR systems/software is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
