Are you detail-oriented with exceptional data entry skills? We are seeking a diligent Data Inputter to join our team.

As a Data Inputter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our HR system.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Input and update employee information, including personal details, HR files, and other HRrelated information into the HR system (People HR).
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity through careful validation and crossreferencing.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
- follow up with collogues for outstanding documentation and information.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR systems/software is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretions
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
