    Description

    Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust are looking for an experienced HR Officer to provide the Headteachers and the schools with an effective and compliant HR Service which will help them to sustain and improve the educational outcomes of the Trust.

    The HR Officer will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding procedures, act as first point of advice for HR enquiries, and provide support on all HR activities such as performance appraisal, staff absence management processes, and support all HR related activities including employment relations.

    The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in HR, ideally working at an Officer level although we would be open to applications from highly experienced HR Administrators looking to take the next step in their career.
