    Description

    Due to growth within our team and the openingof a new group living home Homea for Support is recruiting. If youhave the interest and ability to develop independence skills inyoung people can drive and have the right to work in the UK applyto join ourteam

    Responsibilitiesof Supported Living Mentor:

    Toenable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed aspart of our team you will dedicate your timeto guiding careexperienced young people and unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASCs)to:

    • Access to safe and supportiveeducational and leisureactivities
    • Development of life skillsincluding building and sustaining positive relationships andindependence skills such as budgeting shopping andcooking

    Youwill:

    • Conduct daily carevisits tolooked after children (LAC) living in a group environmentensuring the Home is clean hygienic andwellequipped
    • Represent Homes for Support andadvocate for children in our partnership withprofessionals

      • 2 dayswork 4 days off work (10shifts per month 150 hours per month and 14 days annualleave)
