I am recruiting for my client based in the City of London.

They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their existing team and are a retailer within the Fashion industry and have a strong presence in high street stores.


Salary:


  • 22K to 25K per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).

Other Information:

  • Minimum 12 years of wholesale experience in a reputable
company.


Advantages/ preference:

  • Experience with Handbags, Jewellery and/or Lingerie

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create a weekly report to be shared with management and the wider team.
  • Monitor sellthrough in all accounts including our own Ecommerce.
  • Create and populate a report covering bestsellers or slow sellers or returns rate or ROS/ sellthrough by account.
  • Target new accounts.
  • Check on stockists of competitive brands and reaching out and keeping track of this.
  • Provide indepth sales analysis by account to management showing season to season growth.
  • Provide information on the mix of reorders versus forward orders.
  • Set up the showroom and maintain the showroom diary.
  • Report appointment minutes to wider team after each key appointment.
  • Create different templates for all of the different price lists and order forms.
  • Track everything from appointment dates, follow ups, order confirmations etc.
  • Build on the above tracking system.
  • Work closely with the operations team to keep track of deliveries.
  • Highlight the critical path on a weekly basis.
  • Create product files for each account which includes product names, codes, EANs and product descriptions.
  • Conduct and compile market research on other brands categories.
  • Build a pricing architecture based on competitor brands which would help when pricing each season.
  • Monitor bestsellers and trade with free stock by sending picks to the warehouse where possible to top up sold out styles for ecommerce.
  • Circulate Free stock list to all agents/ relevant accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Manage any seasonal sales tool setup i.e. Ordre.
  • Order checking on all received orders to ensure correct codes, colours, prices etc.
  • Sample send outs.


The scope of the roles and responsibilities may expand or be varied dependent on the needs of the Company's business to adapt to changing market conditions.
