- Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and well-being.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
- Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians as required.
- Previous experience working as a teacher or substitute teacher is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- £85-90 daily rate.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to choose your availability.
- Potential for long-term assignments and permanent positions.
