The Marketing Team promote the company brand and portfolio of products, driving sales, delivering promotions, and working with key client partners across various media platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our product-based promotional and branding strategies, optimising corporate communications, nurturing client relationships, and delivering marketing-led revenue.


Role Responsibilities:


  • To create awareness of and develop selected brands by promotion in accordance with the marketing strategy.
  • Use a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs (inclusive of social marketing, direct marketing, and digital marketing) to maximize awareness, relevancy, consideration, and registration to our digital and event activities.
  • Manage a coherent marketing plan to cover a range of touchpoints within the brand series.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns and ensure accuracy of marketing materials.
  • Execute multistep, multichannel approaches to further qualify contacts, driving demand and new contact lead generation.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • To support the Marketing Managers and Director of Marketing with department tasks.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ year experience within a marketing setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including content marketing, copywriting, multimedia, digital, social media, direct marketing, and promotional marketing.
  • An awareness of digital media techniques
  • Drive and selfmotivation
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • Ability to multitask and cope with varying demands
  • Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships

More about the role:

- _Salary_: £26,000-£30,000 per annum

- _Location_: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into Oxford City Centre.
- _Job Type_: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
