- Relevant engineering degree, HNC, or equivalent experience
- Proficient soldering skills including surface mount components
- Experience with single, three-phase, and low-voltage systems
- Strong ability to interpret electrical and electronic schematics
- Excellent IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic software such as EPlan, Solidworks, KICAD, Proteus, etc.
- Experience in panel building and microcontroller programming
- Knowledge of 18th edition wiring regulations
- Proficiency with serial devices
- Prior experience in offshore and marine environments
- Valid passport and full UK driving licence
