Would you like to work as front of house in a newly refurbished and swank office in Birmingham City Centre and be involved in organising exciting events of the occupiers and landlord for the building?

These events include arranging music concerts in the atrium, charity events and other fun and quirky activities.

This role is all about adding to the occupier and guest experience for the building. You will work alongside the building manager to ensure a fantastic experience

Salary = £23-26,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours = Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (as you will be involved in opening up the office)
This role is obviously office based due to the nature of the role

They must have the attitude that no task is too big or too small and be extremely customer centric.


Duties of the role:


As Front of House you will be responsible for activating and facilitating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for tenants and guests.

This is a highly relational role that will set the tone for the whole building.


You will support the Building Manager and Senior Management Team with day-to-day operations and maintenance with understanding of expenditure and current legislation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitable person capable of running our guestmanagement processes, providing guests with an excellent service, as well as being responsible for a range of administrative front desk duties.


As Front of House you will work closely with the client's Team to create a beyond-office experience, helping to ensure that our desk and meeting room spaces run smoothly and helping to activate the ground floor space.


  • Will have previous front of house experience however it isn't a deal breaker
  • Must be highly organised
  • Proactive and flexible attitude to your work
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to self manage and use initiative
