    Role:
    HR Help-desk Administrator - 9 Months FTA.

    We are currently looking for a HR Help-desk Administrator to join our HR team supporting our UK operations on a 9 Months FTA to cover maternity leave.

    Help-desk:

    Providing our HR UK Help-deskservice, dealing with enquiries coming into our HR Help-deskSharepoint site in a prompt and effective manner.

    Resolving as many enquiries as possible directly, including doing tasks such as data entry into our various systems including our HR system (Cascade HR), our Employee Management System (EMS) and our finance systems (Agresso/SAP), providing references, resetting passwords, arranging reward vouchers etc


    Employee Lifecycle Support:

    Supporting the HR Operations Advisor'sin dealing with employee lifecycle changes from on-boardingnew staff, dealing with changes to terms and conditions, confirmation of maternity/paternity/unpaid leave requests, probation letters etc.

    Any other general duties that may be required from time to time, such as colleague spotlight administration, document destruction, induction activities etc.

    Taking responsibility for the continuous improvement of the HR administration processes along with the rest of the team.
    An awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
    Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office including Excel). Share-point, Cascade HR and Agresso/SAP software experience desirable but not essential.
