Due to this exceptional growth, they are now looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join their team in London.

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will be supporting one Financial Adviser alongside the team with duties including but not be limited to:

Arrange and manage client meetings
Prepare documents including valuations, illustrations, annual reviews and more
Process new business
Update and maintain backoffice systems including client records
General administration such as calls, managing posts, answering enquiries, LOA etc
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients

Skills and experience required:

Experience working within an IFA practice
Looking for a career administrator role
Working towards a Level 4 Diploma ideal
