This role will support marketing activation with key insight and go-to-market strategy.

What you will do- Ownership of our Media Planning workflow and overall data flow, from collection to consumption.- Offers advisory service based on value-led analysis of past performance and recommendations on upcoming strategy.- Feedback to Marketing Channels on trends, investment opportunities and gaps.- Versatile Collaboration with Central Marketing and Local Market Teams on developing best in class industry solutions and scaling across Kindred Group.
Your experience- 5+ Years Marketing/Agency background- Account Management/Direction background - Passionate about growth and has the vision to turn facts into meaninful change.- Holistic understanding of the ecosystem: i.e. Marketing Funnel, understanding of the major players and develops knowledge on industry-specific challenges.- Analytical - In their element when looking for trends and discrepancies. Ability to interpret numbers and translate into real-life solutions.- Natural collaborator - Ability to build meaningful connections with colleagues and adjust communication style to varying levels of groups.
